Recruitment Process
Comprehensive Recruitment Process Overview
Step 01
The Pre-Labor Approval Process starts with a client’s overseas demand. Clients must submit attested documents, including a Demand Letter and Employment Contract. Labor officers will verify compliance with Nepal's Labor Ministry standards. All documents will be recorded and submitted for initial approval.
Step 02
Kankai Recruitment offers an Information Desk service, providing clients with relevant details and managing main registrations. The company maintains an updated data bank of job seekers, ensuring records are current. Additionally, it operates a "Biodata Bank" where individual records are stored and can be provided to employers upon request.
Step 03
Kankai Recruitment ensures smooth communication with a fully computerized and networked system across all departments, allowing us to deliver fast and accurate services. Our dedicated staff is always available to provide prompt and reliable support to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
Step 04
The recruitment company seeks authorization from the Department of Labor Nepal. Upon verification of demand and compliance with regulations, the Department of Foreign Employment grants permission. This allows the company to advertise and start the recruitment process.
Step 5
Kankai Recruitment maintains an up-to-date candidate database and advertises job openings for competitive applications. Shortlisted candidates are interviewed by the employer or Kankai, with selection based on merit and thorough pre-interviews ensuring candidate suitability.
Step 06
An Employment Visa allows foreign nationals to work legally in a host country, sponsored by an employer. The application includes necessary documentation and background checks. Once approved, it enables individuals to contribute their skills while complying with local regulations.
Step 07
Candidates must complete a comprehensive medical check-up to ensure they meet health standards. This assessment confirms their fitness for the job and adherence to employment regulations. Only candidates who pass the medical exam are advanced to the next recruitment stage.
Step 08
Practical trade tests are conducted at a technical training institute. For direct selection, tests are held at the office, where the selection committee evaluates candidates performing tasks in real-time, ensuring a comprehensive assessment of their skills and job readiness.
Step 09
Before departure, workers attend an orientation briefing covering the company, local laws, labor regulations, and immigration policies. The briefing ensures they understand and adhere to guidelines, maintain professionalism, and are motivated in their roles.
Step 10
